To provide an enhanced user experience, Gleamy may request certain information, including:

• Device and usage data (for performance monitoring and improvements)

This information is used solely to provide and improve the Service and is never sold or shared beyond what is necessary for app functionality.

2. Photo and Face Data Processing

2.1 How We Process Face Data

Gleamy allows users to upload images for glow-up analysis using artificial intelligence (AI). These images are:

• Converted to a base64-encoded format for processing
• Securely transmitted via API for analysis
• Processed in real-time, generating structured insights and recommendations

2.2 Retention of Face Data

• We do not store your images on our servers or maintain a cloud database.
• Face data is immediately discarded after processing by OpenAI.
• The only remaining data resides locally on your device, where you have full control.

2.3 Sharing of Face Data

Your images are not shared with third parties except for processing by our technological partner OpenAI. As per OpenAI’s Enterprise Privacy Policy:

“Except for certain endpoints and features listed in our platform documentation, OpenAI may securely retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to provide the services and to identify abuse. After 30 days, API inputs and outputs are removed from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain them.”

Additionally, OpenAI does not use API data for AI training. We ensure that all transmissions are encrypted and secure.

3. Log Data and Device Information

Whenever you use Gleamy, we collect non-personally identifiable information about your device and app usage. This may include:

• IP address
• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App configuration and usage statistics

This data is collected through third-party analytics services and is used for performance improvements and debugging.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to:

• Facilitate the Service

• Process image data securely

These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.
